Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

2. Quotation
- Our quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- The quotation includes all costs unless otherwise stated, such as fuel, tolls, and insurance.
- Additional charges may apply if there are changes to the original scope of work.
3. Booking and Payment
- A booking is confirmed once an email response agreeing to the price and date is received
- Payment is due before loading the van.
- Payments can be made via cash or driver's card terminal.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will forfeit the deposit.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Insurance and Liability
- We are fully insured for the transportation of your Goods.
- Our liability for loss or damage to Goods is limited to £5,000.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or traffic delays.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- You must ensure that all Goods are properly packed and secured.
- You must provide accurate information about the Goods and the locations involved.
- You are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to inaccurate information or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Our Responsibilities
- We will transport your Goods with due care and diligence.
- We will provide proof of insurance upon request.
- We will communicate any delays or issues promptly.
8. Complaints and Disputes
- Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of the Service completion.
- We will investigate and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
- Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
9. Amendments
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
